Why doesn't the motor start or the blade assembly rotate?

Before the motor starts working properly, the safety lock must be fully engaged. Check to make sure there is not an excessive amount of food in the container, and if it becomes overheated, unplug it and wait 20 minutes before using it again.

Why is the food unevenly chopped? It could be that either too much food was chopped at once, or the pieces are too big. If this happens, cut the food into smaller pieces. If too little food is used, it can stick to the bowl's wall during chopping; in this case, open the lid and scrape it off before continuing to chop.

Why is the food chopped too fine or too watery? The food may have been over-processed. Use brief pulses, or process the food for a shorter period of time. For example, if using it to chop salad, it's fine to use two or three pulses.

Why do lids warp when cleaned in the dishwasher? To prevent lids or bowls from warping, the dishwasher's temperature should be less than 140℉/60℃.

Why doesn't the food processor work after it gets too hot? The product is protected against overheating. If it loses power due to overheating, unplug it and wait for 20 minutes before using it again.
